I help high-achieving women stuck in cycles of pain, fatigue, and burnout rebuild strength, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their bodies.

Through science-backed movement, nervous system regulation, and sustainable self-care that helps you understand your body and heal long-term.

As a licensed physical therapist, my work is grounded in evidence-based movement and pain science. But healing from chronic pain requires more than exercise alone. It requires understanding the nervous system, stress, recovery, and sustainable habits.

Why Staying Active With Chronic Pain Feels So Confusing

Many women with chronic pain want to stay active, but their bodies don’t always respond the way they expect. Some days movement feels manageable. Other days the same activity can trigger pain, fatigue, or a flare that lasts for days. This can create a frustrating cycle of pushing through workouts and paying for it later, avoiding movement out of fear, or feeling confused about what the body actually needs. Most traditional advice focuses on exercising more or pushing harder. But chronic pain is influenced by far more than muscles and joints alone. The nervous system, stress levels, recovery, and daily habits all affect how the body responds to movement. When these pieces are understood together, the path forward becomes much clearer.

The PT Complete Approach

Healing from chronic pain requires more than exercise alone. PT Complete brings together movement, nervous system support, and sustainable healing habits to help you rebuild strength and trust in your body.

Movement

Build strength and resilience through movement that supports your body instead of triggering pain flares.

Nervous System Regulation

Understand how stress, sensitivity, and safety influence pain so your body can respond to movement more effectively.

Sustainable Healing

Create daily habits that support recovery, reduce overwhelm, and help your body heal over time.

Behind PT Complete

Meet Tera!

Physical therapist, movement educator, and lifelong student of how the body heals.

Hi, I’m Tera. I'm a licensed physical therapist passionate about helping women navigate chronic pain, stress, and burnout in a more sustainable way. Over the years, I saw how many people were stuck between two extremes: traditional rehab that focused only on injuries, and wellness advice that ignored the science of pain and the nervous system. PT Complete was created to bridge that gap. My approach combines evidence-based movement, nervous system support, and sustainable self-care strategies so women can rebuild strength, understand their bodies, and move through life with more confidence.
